  1. What green are you using in this? I’m looking for sunchoke risotto recipes and might meld a couple together, but with the addition of the green this is by far the prettiest I’ve seen on the web so far today!

    1. Thank you for checking my recipe out, I used Swiss chard in this recipe because it will hold its texture when you cook it. Have fun, I might make risotto tonight!
